We spend at least two-thirds of our day awake, and every moment that we are awake, we are making decisions - consciously, sub-consciously, unconsciously: should I get out of bed? Should I have coffee, what to wear, what time to leave the house, what to have for breakfast, what is the first thing I need to do when I get into office? Should I even plan, or just expect the unexpected…? And the list goes on…
Decisions are most often than not, made in a moment. By understanding how individuals come to a decision, it will allow us to learn more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and move forward more purposefully and productively.
