Facilitation has always been viewed as a skillset that educators require, as a part of Career Development. It is true, and it will continue to be a crucial skillset to have, for educators, as our world becomes more and more complex - how do we help to make it easy/easier for the learners?
And also because our world is becoming more complex, and information is accessible almost everywhere on the internet, we, regardless of educators or not, all need facilitation as a skillset, to support our friends and family and colleagues to navigate through life as a whole, to discern right and wrong, truths and falsehoods.
Facilitation is now needed as a Way of Life.

Preparing a Community of Facilitation

We are offering a series of training and development opportunities, in providing development pathway to this skillset.

The Training Partners, Clients, Coaches/Mentors are part of the environment, serving as Incubators/Green Houses, Nutrients/Fertilisers, Soil/Water.
Regardless of how the weather might look like, whether rain, shine, thunderstorm, whatever the seasons might be, with the Community, we will be able to thrive and flourish together.

Level #2 - Buds Leve #3 - Roots Level #4 - Blooms Facilitation Coaching (there is usually an observation session, and a coaching session) is offered complementary to all levels, to enhance the development in facilitation. Most of the time, it is not the big things that makes for a better person, but the small nuances and shifts that eventually lead to a big change. |
