What is in the Experiential Learning Design Level #2 Certification Course?
Level #1 was the start of your journey in becoming an architect of design.
Level #2 is about Creating New Educational Programming.
And this requires the application of the art and science of design​.
The art and science of experiential learning designs refer to :
  • the science - as being related to planning and structures, and systematic work in the development of learning needs, learning objectives and outcomes.
  • the art - we mean the creative choreography that is required to transform the objectives and outcomes into a programme that has shape and flow, and embeds learning research to maximise learning for EVERYONE (HOLISTIC).
The science is more structured and systematic whereas the art is the choreography, and it is more organic and less structured.
In Level #2, you will be introduced to more experiences that will help you to :
  1. build on the Level #1 skills and knowledge that you have learnt and developed, and
  2. introduce completely new practical design principles.
These new design principles will be illustrated through a range of practical hands-on examples that will have a topic focus on for very different areas of our work, so as to cater for a wide range of backgrounds of people attending our courses.

  • environmental/sustainability examples
