Michelle embodies the Growth Mindset and keeps abreast of the latest in the industry through attending Community-of-Practice (COP) sessions, workshops and certification courses. She has also obtained her ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) with Institute for Adult Learning. Through the years, she has gained a multitude of experiences in designing, curating and delivering programmes, Michelle had the opportunity to be a part of several public engagement sessions, ranging from those that involved freelancers (organised by TAFEP & NTUC), the youth (Youth Social Enterprise Festival), and the elderly (MOH’s Eldershield and REACH’s Founders’ Memorial conversations). She also conducts team development and strategic planning sessions with organisations, both big and small (Jurong Town Corporation, Halogen Foundation, MWS Yew Tee - Nursing Home, DBS, Hua Yi Secondary School, Meridian Secondary School, MOE - Organisational Development Division, etc). Michelle's passion for the people within her own industry, moved her to actively support other facilitation practitioners and teachers through training, coaching and mentoring, to empower them to be more effective in the work they do. She conducts Train-The-Facilitator programmes, leveraging on her experiences and knowledge in mindfulness, personality and learning preferences, methods of instruction and human-centred design. She is also one of the custodians of People and Organisational Development Exchange (PODEX) Singapore. Michelle firmly believes in using the experiential and interactive approaches in her training, and engages her participants constantly throughout the programmes, either through activities or through thought-provoking questions, for conversation and discussions. She also believes in taking a pause during the training to pen down thoughts, lessons and just allowing the brain to take time to absorb and learn. She actively practices the concept of the “Be-Do-Have” Model, aligning it to her being as a facilitator, coach and trainer. |

Graduated from the University of Loughborough in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education & Sports Science, Rohan’s experience as a coach, mentor, facilitator, trainer and teacher spans a wide range of age groups and institutions.
His background in teaching and human capital development gives him the experience and edge in leadership training and development. He relates well with participants, empowering and enabling them with confidence and alternative perspectives to a problem. His ability to think through processes and analyse areas of improvements, helps to improve not only the programmes, but also the participants’ performance! His firm belief in J.R.R. Tolkien’s quote from The Lord of The Rings “Not all those who wander are lost.” defines how he approaches developing people. Just because someone may not seem to have direction or a goal, doesn't mean that they're lost. Some souls need to explore & satisfy their curiosities. For them, the value is in the journey, not the destination. Rohan is currently with Crest Secondary School as a Physical Education teacher, and contributes to Chrysalists as an advisor and mentor to the young facilitators. He will occasionally facilitate workshops and programmes with Chrysalists as he is also a Certified TetraMap facilitator, and is keen to continue to hone his facilitation and people development skills. |
