Michelle has created a fruitful and enriching learning experience for SIT’s pioneer group of Career Peers. During the 2 days of training (24 & 26 April 2017), Michelle was able to engage the 9 students in an interactive yet thought-provoking manner. The students went through the Process Facilitation Skills Workshop and Mentoring Workshop with Michelle and gained hands-on facilitation skills while being challenged to consider issues related to the mentoring of others.
We have enjoyed working with you in the discussion of the programmes for the students and in the crafting of personalised workshops to cater to their learning needs. In particular, Michelle’s dedicated attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile to fine-tune each session based on the students’ responses and our feedback provided us with a very pleasant experience.

I attended the "Creating a Value-able 2018" experiential workshop whereby I was guided by Michelle during the walk at Mount Faber, Henderson Wave to Hort Park trail. Michelle is indeed a very passionate and sincere coach and facilitator and I learnt a lot about myself as well as crafted my goals for 2018 under her guidance. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to achieve success in your life!

I would like to register my gratitude to Michelle, the Emergenetics Trainer whom we worked with in 2017. In my working encounter with Michelle, she is professional in her delivery of the Emergenetics Workshop. She knows her content knowledge well and is able to engage the staff involved. She is approachable and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist the school in the training requests.
Michelle is prompt in her actions and never fail to deliver what she has purposed to do for her clients. She is able to accede to the request of the client and makes professional judgement to provide advice to ensure the smooth running of the training. She is also very meticulous in the documentation and the follow up of the paper work required of the training.
As for the follow-up session with the key personnel and our Senior Teacher Council on the utilization of the collated data and in dealing with stress management based on the different personality profiles. The key personnel involved found the session useful in helping the team to find relevance and make sense of the data collated which is authentic and contexualized to the school setting.
I am really glad and privileged to be able to work closely with a committed and dedicated staff of yours like Michelle and truly appreciate the service she has rendered to our school during the Emergenetics Workshop.
