It is also becoming increasingly important in our interactions with each other : with family, with peers, with work mates, etc. The learning and mastering of facilitation as a skill, will support us to communicate better, relate better, and lead better.

In these past few years since the pandemic, as work and studies shifted in leaps and bounds, it became important to be able to support and make change easy or easier for everyone!
