Thank you for your patience, and for continuing to journey with us through these past few years! We are turning 9 years old this year (2023)!
It has been an amazing journey of exploration, adventure and discovery, and we know we will continue to grow, explore and discover. And we can only continue to do so, with love, care and support from all of you! The caterpillar is peeking out of its cocoon, and ready to become a butterfly, to spread its wings tofly. We hope to be able to support other caterpillars on your journey into, and through, chrysalis.
And we have a created a few pathways to do so.

self.fully
This is actually the second "brand" that was "birthed".
self.fully came about as our Human Experience Facilitator shifted her focus towards self care, after a surgery, and a surprising discovery of a chronic illness : endometriosis. Her curiosity of the mind-body connection led her to learn more about the concepts of self care, and what are the beliefs and values that surround self care. She also become more aware of the concept of energy and how to modulate it. Mindfulness, Human Design and Somatic Experiencing are areas that she dived deeper into, to better understand the ebbs and flows of energy. This brand started to take a more defined shape during the pandemic in 2020, and we have been placing quite a significant amount of energy and time in this space. As we move forward into the future, we figured the notions of self care, psychological wellbeing and psychological safety will be important pillars in our lives. These are huge concepts/notions, and will need some time and space to unpack, and make it relevant to individuals and organisations. self.fully will be responsible for all wellbeing related programmes and products moving forward, including designing and publishing journals and books related to self care, self care kits, etc. This is where we will be sharing more about our work with wellbeing, self care and mindfulness. So that we can be ourselves, fully. This brand will also host our signature programmes of the R3 Mini Retreat, Mindfulness-based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) programme and Sustainable Self Care Programme (SSCP). We are looking forward to our enhanced collaborations with partners who are aligned with us in this space. |
Facilitation by Design
Facilitation is fast becoming THE skill to have, in all aspects of our lives, as the world becomes more complex, and information and knowledge comes in fast and furious.
It is becoming increasingly important in our interactions with each other : with family, with peers, with work mates, etc. The learning and mastering of facilitation as a skill, will support us to communicate better, relate better, and lead better. In these past two years of the pandemic, as work and studies went remote and online, it became important to be able to support and make change easy or easier for everyone! And the good news is, facilitation can be learned, and can be designed. Under the Facilitation by Design "brand", programmes that teach various aspects of facilitation, including communication skills, empathy skills, presentation skills and methods of instruction, will be hosted here. Facilitation is one approach to move change, in individuals, in organisations, in systems. And when done well, will be able to create a ripple effect. Facilitation by Design will host programmes, that serves to empower individuals to shift organisations and systems. This is where we share everything and anything about facilitation : what is it, how it works, how to develop and hone it, and the work we do in the facilitation space. Aspire to be a facilitator? Or already in the industry of facilitation, and would like to learn and hone your skills in this area? PRISM - Dimensions to Learning
PRISM is a "brand" that is brought out of its hiding place, from 10 years ago. It wanted to be everything, and it eventually realised that it could not be anything, in that season of its life. So it was shelved.
Today, it will stay true to its motto "Dimensions to Learning", as it hosts programmes for youths, parents and educators, to better understand how the brain prefers to learn and to process information. The programmes will provide handles and vocabulary for individuals and institutions, to be more confident in their own skin, and also to be more targeted in development and growth. This is where we will be sharing about our brain, and its potential : how we prefer to think, behave, learn, communicate, work, etc. How to keep the brain well, active and engaged. One of the key tools used under this "brand" will be the Emergenetics Profile. As a certified associate of Emergenetics International, we are able to administer and debrief the adult profile and the youth report. This allows us to benefit the schools, the parents, and the youth themselves, to gain a perspective of their thinking and behavioural preferences, that no other tool can yet provide. With this insight to these preferences, it can create more conducive learning environments, both in the schools and in the homes, for the youth, and to support everyone to thrive and flourish. The Black Phoenix Project
The Black Phoenix Project is essentially the first of the brands to be "born" and crystallised under Chrysalists.
Our Human Experience Facilitator was moved to tears while watching "Maleficient 2" in theatres, that she felt compelled to work with the emblem of the phoenix and also with the concept of "being reborn from the ashes". When rewatching "Harry Potter" and becoming more aware of Fawkes, Dumbledore's phoenix, it made even more sense for what this "brand" under Chrysalists will stand for : Rebirth / Reborn. This "brand" - The Black Phoenix Project" - will focus on providing support for change of individual circumstances, to be reborn. This will include specifically for women and youth empowerment, and the uplifting of those who experience poverty. A phoenix bursts into flames, reduced to ashes, before rebirth. And thus, the process of these programmes will also bring the coachees through a process of deconditioning and unlearning, before they relearn to gain power and control in their lives. These empowerment coaching programmes are open for barter trading, instead of financial/monetary costs. This is where we will be sharing more about our work with communities, especially with women and youth. To raise awareness and bring about mini transformations. You know anyone who will benefit from such support? With the accessibility of platforms such as zoom, email, WhatsApp/telegram, you can be in/at any part of the world, and still be a part of this support system. All you need, is the first step : courage to recognise and acknowledge that you/someone you know needs support, and then the next step : the courage to ask for support. |
