Michelle is a facilitation practitioner, focused on people development since 1999.
She took on the challenge to start her own businesses in training and development, founding ComPas Management Consulting Pte Ltd in 2004, LDC Pte Ltd (Leadership Development Centre) in 2007, LDR Pte Ltd in 2008, and most recently, Chrysalists Pte Ltd on 3 March 2014. Michelle embodies the Growth Mindset and keeps abreast of the latest in the industry through attending Community-of-Practice (COP) sessions, workshops and certification courses. She has also obtained her ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) with Institute for Adult Learning. Through the years, she has gained a multitude of experiences in designing, curating and delivering programmes, Michelle had the opportunity to be a part of several public engagement sessions, ranging from those that involved freelancers (organised by TAFEP & NTUC), the youth (Youth Social Enterprise Festival), and the elderly (MOH’s Eldershield and REACH’s Founders’ Memorial conversations). She also conducts team development and strategic planning sessions with organisations, both big and small (Jurong Town Corporation, Halogen Foundation, MWS Yew Tee - Nursing Home, DBS, Hua Yi Secondary School, Meridian Secondary School, MOE - Organisational Development Division, etc). Michelle's passion for the people within her own industry, moved her to actively support other facilitation practitioners and teachers through training, coaching and mentoring, to empower them to be more effective in the work they do. She conducts Train-The-Facilitator programmes, leveraging on her experiences and knowledge in mindfulness, personality and learning preferences, methods of instruction and human-centred design. She is also one of the custodians of People and Organisational Development Exchange (PODEX) Singapore. Michelle firmly believes in using the experiential and interactive approaches in her training, and engages her participants constantly throughout the programmes, either through activities or through thought-provoking questions, for conversation and discussions. She also believes in taking a pause during the training to pen down thoughts, lessons and just allowing the brain to take time to absorb and learn. She actively practices the concept of the “Be-Do-Have” Model, aligning it to her being as a facilitator, coach and trainer. |

Graduated from the University of Loughborough in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education & Sports Science, Rohan’s experience as a coach, mentor, facilitator, trainer and teacher spans a wide range of age groups and institutions.
His background in teaching and human capital development gives him the experience and edge in leadership training and development. He relates well with participants, empowering and enabling them with confidence and alternative perspectives to a problem. His ability to think through processes and analyse areas of improvements, helps to improve not only the programmes, but also the participants’ performance! His firm belief in J.R.R. Tolkien’s quote from The Lord of The Rings “Not all those who wander are lost.” defines how he approaches developing people. Just because someone may not seem to have direction or a goal, doesn't mean that they're lost. Some souls need to explore & satisfy their curiosities. For them, the value is in the journey, not the destination. Rohan is currently with Crest Secondary School as a Physical Education teacher, and is one of the few appointed Character & Citizenship Education Specialists. He contributes to Chrysalists as a consultant of our frameworks, methodologies and facilitation approaches, and is also an advisor and mentor to the young facilitators. He will occasionally facilitate workshops and programmes with Chrysalists, as he is also a Certified TetraMap facilitator, and is keen to continue to hone his facilitation and people development skills. |

Gerauld Wong has been a Learning and Process Specialist since 2004, and he believes strongly that, “When you grow, your team grows”. His personal mission is “To Move People Forward” holistically, by driving awareness and igniting motivation within oneself.
Gerauld is a strong advocate of unconventional, albeit based on science, facilitation strategies to create engagement and deeper conversations, and value-based leadership development. The amalgamation of his diverse exposures and experiences allows him to pilot in a unique blend of learning and process delivery methods and techniques, that allows participants to engage in a way that is compatible with how their brains and hearts process data and information. He had, over the years, presented at various conferences for facilitators on how he married process facilitation and experiential learning together to create a richer, and deeper conversation and learning. Given his deep understanding of how team dynamics work, and what is required to create personal motivation for team members to perform at their peak potential, he works closely with management and their teams, to mold their working culture into one that is more flexible and agile. Gerauld also runs his own practice under the brand Oopa! He supports Chrysalists with his expertise in facilitation and training, when there are requests of programmes for him to do so. |

Aifa is a trainer of 13 years and counting. She believes in empowering others in the area of Self-Awareness towards finding their definition of happiness through Mindfulness, Aqua Fitness and The Outdoors.
Through her experience in the wellness industry, she realises the importance of having a resilient mindset, as our thoughts and emotions can affect our actions, which can then affect our wellbeing. Aifa impacts others through the values : Purpose, Passion and Patience. She identifies potential and patiently guides them towards their definition of success. This is how she builds her own legacy and hopes that this will serve as a model for others, and her own children, to witness. She also values the importance of Community and Support. Since the pandemic, many small home-based businesses, run mainly by women, have been negatively impacted. She noticed how these womenpreneurs struggle to keep their house in order, kids engaged and well, and trying to keep their businesses afloat. As a womenpreneur herself, Aifa fully empathises with these women home business owners, and felt compelled to help them. Womenpreneurs Inner Circle To Success (WICTS) was born from the crisis, and is an initiative to pay it forward to other womenpreneurs, by creating a network of support for one another. She believes the importance of a supportive network, where the members can see each other through their challenges. You can find out more about Alfa's adventures on her personal brand website. |
