Take a Pause, Take a Breath, Be Present, Be Well
This series is specially curated to support those who need an intentional pause, to be with self and to be well; an intentional effort to find pockets of self-fulness and self-care.
Take a gentle step away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, and join in for an hour of me-time. It can be incorporated into your self care regime, and is supportive as a check-in and check-out with yourself : Body, Mind and Emotions.

Ms Michelle Ow, Wellbeing Coach and Human Experience Facilitator from Chrysalists Pte Ltd, will be the lead facilitator for the series.
She is a certified mindfulness teacher (CMT-P) and an experienced facilitator. She has conducted similar mini retreats for participants to support themselves in reflection, recharging and rejuvenating themselves for their journey through life.
